AI Integration

Advisory on where artificial intelligence belongs inside systems the business already runs, and what has to be ready before it is connected.

AI Integration Project

Project Overview:

This engagement advised an organization on bringing artificial intelligence into the systems it already uses. The work covered which tasks were suitable, how AI would connect to current platforms, and which data and controls had to be in place first. The result was an integration path the business could follow, not a separate build program.

Where AI Connects

We mapped the systems AI would touch: core applications, data stores, and the handoffs between teams. For each connection we set what the AI component may read, what it may suggest, and where a person still decides. The advice stayed tied to platforms already in use, so integration did not depend on standing up a new platform first.

AI stays useful only when it is connected to work the business already does, with data that is fit to use and a person accountable for the outcome.

Use and Fit:

We helped the organization choose a small set of uses where AI supports an existing process. Each use was judged on the data available, the decision it informs, and the cost of a wrong suggestion. Uses that needed a new product, a new model program, or a change the business could not operate were left out.

Data and Controls

Before any connection, we reviewed whether the data was accurate, permitted, and understood by the people who would rely on it. We set retention, access, and review rules, and marked the points where AI output must be checked by staff. The organization kept ownership of both the data and the decision.

Operating Ownership:

We defined who selects the tool, who approves a new use, and who reviews results after it is connected. The guidance covered how AI output enters daily work, when it is only a suggestion, and how the business stops or changes a use that no longer fits. Staff can run the arrangement without a separate delivery team.

What the Organization Left With

The organization left with a short list of suitable uses, a map of the systems AI would connect to, and the data and control conditions for each connection. Ownership and review points were named, so the business can apply the path in daily operations.
